๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ฅ๐จ painted her own reality through the body, turning pain, love, desire and womanhood into a language of her own. Her paintings became intimate spaces where she could confront herself, transform her wounds and reclaim the way she was seen. Yet behind this fiercely individual voice was a woman who also lived within the bonds of sisterhood, growing up with three sisters and sharing a particularly close relationship with her younger sister, Cristina.
๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ carries this sense of sisterhood into the collection. In Spanish, the word means โlittle sisterโ, a tender name for the women who stand beside us, understand our wounds and remind us of our strength. Through lace, silk, flowers, colour and movement, ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ซ๐ ๐ reimagines Fridaโs world as a celebration of women supporting women, where every form of femininity is allowed to exist, evolve and become its own.
Because womanhood was never meant to be experienced alone.
