❖ SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders placed over $1,000 USD require a signature to be delivered, please follow along with your delivery notifications to ensure your packages reach you safely.

❖ DOMESTIC ORDERS

For orders in Vietnam, we will ship via Viettel Post. Delivery time depends on the product receiving address, about 3-7 days. For customers in Ho Chi Minh City wishing to request same-day delivery service, please contact us via Instagram Direct / Facebook Messenger.

❖ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer international shipping via DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
