❖ PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
- Payment: We accept secure payments via PayPal and OnePay.
- Shipping: Worldwide shipping via DHL Express (delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on the region).
❖ EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Eligibility: La Vierge strictly only supports exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or in cases where we provided incorrect sizing advice. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that are stained, torn, odorous, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days (for HCMC customers), 5 days (for other Vietnam-based customers), and 7 days (for international customers) from the delivery date, based on the postal stamp.
❖ IMPORTANT NOTES: We do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection made by the customer.
❖ REFUND POLICY:
- La Vierge operates on a No-Refund policy. All purchases are final.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any other reasons, with the following exceptions:
- The item received has a manufacturing defect.
- The item received is incorrect (different from your original order). In such cases, customers may request an exchange within the specified timeframe.
La Vierge reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that fails to comply with our stated conditions. We truly appreciate your understanding and support for our made-to-order production process.
