❖ PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
There are two payment methods:
– Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Bank transfer via account no.
La Vierge allows customers to check the product before accepting the delivery.
❖ EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
La Vierge can only assist with exchanges for unused items, with original tags intact, and not laundered. Products that are stained, torn, have odors, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange.
– Size exchange in case La Vierge provided incorrect sizing advice.
– Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged for a new product of the same design.
– Timeframe for exchanges: a maximum of 3 days for customers in Ho Chi Minh City, 5 days for customers within Vietnam, and 7 days for international customers (based on the postal stamp date from the day of receipt).
III. Conditions for exchanging for a different item:
– All purchased items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
– Each order is eligible for a maximum of one exchange, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
– Exchanges will only be accepted if the return and exchange conditions are met.
– Timeframe for exchanges: a maximum of 03 days for customers in Ho Chi Minh City, and 05 days for other customers based on the postal stamp from the receipt date.
❖ NOTE:
– La Vierge will only cover shipping fees in cases of incorrect sizing advice. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item and will only ship the replacement if the returned product meets the exchange conditions.
❖ RETURN POLICY
La Vierge does not currently offer refunds or accept product returns for monetary reimbursement. All purchases are considered final sale.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than the following exceptions:
– The item received is defective due to a manufacturing error.
– The item received differs from the one originally ordered. In such cases, customers may request an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy and within the designated timeframe.
La Vierge reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not comply with the stated conditions. We appreciate your understanding and support for our made-to-order production process.
